I really enjoyed my stay at Porto Playa Condo Hotel and Beach Club. The cozy atmosphere was perfect for my family, with spacious rooms and a great location near the heart of Playa del Carmen. However, the WiFi was quite slow at times, and the TV was almost unwatchable due to pixel issues.

The spacious penthouse condo my family and I occupied was well-equipped and comfortable, although the couch could use an update. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the vibrant Fifth Avenue, but it provided a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. While the hotel lacked direct beach access, the clean and beautiful pool areas more than compensated for it.
